After his studies, he founded Studio Sam Buckley, a design studio that brings a colorful view of luxury design and living to his clients.
Before opening his own studio, Sam worked for a number of architecture and engineering firms in Edinburgh. He also designed the public seating scheme outside the Scottish Parliament, which won a prize for Protection of National Infrastructure. His work has been featured in various publications including Elle Decor, Feeling Wonen, and Homes & Interiors Scotland.
