“Managing Expectations If you've followed all of my lessons previously, there won't be any problems, but realistically there probably is. In this lesson, we look at how we manage people's expectations, and also what to do, if there is a problem. One of the important things about being a project manager is being solutions-focused. Say, something goes wrong, like your client's off sick. You have to work out the best way forward. There's probably one, two, or three ways of fixing it, so work those out and then go to people with the solutions to the problem. Let's go back to our timing plan, and...”
