This course was really fun to walk through and see the process! It really did help me gain a better understanding of how to work with kinetic typography.
INSPIRE
Personally not something what I expected and perhaps wanted. I have good grasp on Illustrator and basic typography. But I am relatively new to After Effects and hence wanted to get into more technical in motion type. In this series maybe only 20 mins were on this aspect. But I totally get why someone else might quite enjoy the course. I just now need to keep looking where they deal with complex tyopographic shapes like lowercase 'g', instead of this very simple alomost monolinear sans-serif.
This course was great!
As someone who's already a designer and has experience in After Effects, these lessons really helped me to unlock a new skill and to overcome the fear of changing the letter structure.
I feel that my final project is really fine and professional - definitely a piece for my portfolio.
Everything was very clear. I liked how deep we went into the part about the inspiration and research.

Being taught by an amazing person is so much easier to learn from. I am a total beginner and starter and this course makes you feel like you can do what he shows you. I haven't done it yet, but will watch it over and over again until I will. His voice is melodic and his personality is humble and inspiring.

Excellent course from the talented Mat Voyce! Mat really breaks down each step from research to final production and export to make animated lettering easy to follow and recreate yourself.
The GIF exporting section of this course is incredibly useful.
