“Butterflies and Background Now I'm done with the butterflies, I'll add cast shadows to the body. As I did with the body, I'm going to pick a colour shadow and use a Multiply layer. I'll clip the layer to the body layer so that it doesn't go past the body, like so. I have to remember the light source as well so I can follow that direction. The shadow will always follow the form of the body and I'll add the shadows of the other butterflies. I'm going to reduce the Opacity of the shadows because I feel like it's too dark.
