“Sketches, Color Studies and Creating the Scene Before we start our final project, I want to show you examples of how I work, since sometimes I make sketches, even in pencil and color studies and the whole drawing on location. I sometimes only make the sketch and then finish it in the studio. Different things can happen. I'd like to show you how I do it so you can see that you don't have to have a complicated composition.
