“So now that the shapes have dried, I'm going to mix up this colour pink here that's going to be for this shape that's going to overlap the red and the pink that I already have down. And I don't know what colour I'm going to get when I lay that colour over the pink and over the red. So there's an unpredictability to that and the kind of spontaneity.
