Creative Watercolor Sketching for Beginners

The instructor of this course is excellent. Her approach is playful and adventurous and she is enjoying what she is discovering as she teaches. My understanding and enjoyment of watercolor has been greatly enhanced!

I love the step-by-step teaching method the teacher uses. She slowly teaches you what you need to 'get' while giving you many opportunities to enhance your ever-growing skills. At the same time, you find your techniques taking huge leaps forward!

I love the teacher's approach to water color and making art. She is very inspirational and encouraging. My one critique is that there could be more prompts in the second half of the class. It felt more like I was just watching her make art.

I am really enjoying this class. I am learning a lot of new ideas that has been very helpful for me.

This was my first Domestika course and it couldn’t have started better. Laura Mckendry is passionate about her craft and is a great teacher. She takes you through the material step by step, I would definitely recommend her course.

Superfijne cursus voor beginnende aquarellisten .
wat ik vooral heel fijn vind is dat Laura aangeeft dat je vooral je eigen weg gaat met keuzes van onderwerpen/kleuren etc. Zo ontdek je een eigen stijl en kun je jezelf er goed in kwijt.

Ein großartiger Kurs, ich hatte so viel Spaß, mit den Farben zu arbeiten, Techniken zu kombinieren und mich auszuprobieren. So viele neue Ideen spuken durch meinen Kopf, dass ich mich bemühen muss, nicht zu viele Projekte auf einmal zu beginnen. Davon werde ich noch länger zehren….

This course was the perfect launching point for my watercolor art. I felt the instructor went at a reasonable pace and covered all the basics that I needed.

Il corso è particolarmente adatto ad allievi principianti, permette di acquisire in maniera giocosa e pratica elementi di teoria del colore e tecniche di base dell'acquerello. Nelle ultime lezioni dà sfogo alla fantasia con illustrazioni di tipo astratto dai risultati sorprendenti...per essere all'inizio sono molto soddisfatta di ciò che ho imparato da questo corso e di ciò che ho realizzato alla fine.
