“Materials In this lesson we'll show you the materials you'll need to do the final project. In this course we'll teach you how to produce a Portuguese tile from start to the end. We'll concentrate in four techniques. Freehand, in Portuguese is called "strezido", stencils, sgraffito, and a combination of those two. That's why we have so many materials. First, for the glazing, you'll learn the majolica technique. To make the tiles we are going to need clay. In this course, we'll use white earthenware. Pay attention to the firing temperature.
