You will learn which brushes are the best and also how to prepare the pigments. To make these exercises, you'll use an already glazed tile that will help you to understand how majolica works. To prepare your pigments you only need water. If you want a darker color, you will put more pigment in the water, and if you want a lighter color, you'll put more water and less pigment.
