About the final project for: Illustrated Silent Books: Tell Stories Without Words

Illustrated Books: Tell Stories Without Words

“It's time to share your final result! What joy! I know that this project has taken time, a lot of effort and dedication, but it was worth it. I hope you have learned and enjoyed the process and the result. I will love to see your story, the one you have created from the encounter between an animal and an object. What great serendipity! But the greatest of all is that you have found in yourself the great visual storyteller that you are. I will love finding stories of all kinds, different and diverse. Remember what your story should contain: • One of the rhetorical visual resources or games of form. • One of the resources of film language. • Two of the time transitions seen. • A common thread that helps you create a sequence. Before we say goodbye, let's review the key phases of the project. I would like you to briefly explain what you have done in each one and accompany the explanation with one or more images. Your binomial Choose an animal and an object, and build your binomial using the creative exercises that I taught you in the unit "Your silent book".

The story Think of several short, wordless narratives that stem from this relationship or encounter. Choose one, the one that most attracts your attention.
The storyboard Develop a storyboard with an interesting, fun and exciting story with new narrative and sequential resources that will catch your reader.
Color Use what you have learned to color very recursively with only 3 colored pencils (yellow, blue and red). This will give life to your illustrations.
Finish your book Finally, put together a 16-page book with your own hands to turn it into the model that will be your silent book project. You can take a well-lit photo of each double page and upload them in order. In the unit "Finishing the silent book" I have left you my finished project, in case it serves as a reference.
Now share your final project with the community by clicking on "Create your project". Remember to share both the final result and the steps that have led you to it. to the forum or you can make a short video and upload the link. I will be very attentive. I am looking forward to seeing your project and giving you feedback. Although I ask for your patience, I will try to access the forum as much as I can and what my professional projects allow me. Finally, I want to invite you to actively participate in the forum, not only sharing your progress, but also giving advice and trying to help the rest of the community. See you soon! ”
