Let yourself fall in love with the materials, study their characteristics and their beauty and then understand the different techniques you can use to create a mood board. And now, let's get to work. Take your materials and start developing your project: a mood board of materials for a client. Of course, I encourage you to make it completely different from ours. b]Client analysis and project definition[/b]. Before you start creating, you will have to analyze the needs of the client and the project to find a concept that fits. You can also look for images to inspire you and help you during the process. In the downloadable resources of Unit 4, we provide you with the images that helped us to define our project and its materials. We have done the project for the restaurant of a great chef. You can choose an actual client or choose a personal space. b]Choice of materials[/b]. Once you have researched and understood the different materials and assembly techniques you learned in the first units of the course, you will select the materials you will use. As we saw in Unit 4, choose your strategy according to the type of project you will address. b]Creating the mood board[/b]. Next, create your mood board. We encourage you to start combining materials according to different types of styles. You can even combine them with some additional elements. Let your creativity run wild! Project presentation When you have finished your mood board, prepare a presentation to convince the client about the suitability of our design. Follow the tips I gave you in Unit 5. Before we say goodbye, we show you the final result of our mood boards that we created in Unit 4: Mood board of the bar part.
