“About Me Hi, and welcome to my course. My name's Dan Lovatt. I'm a DIY designer and creative. I was born and raised in Manchester and lived there most of my life, which was a huge inspiration to me. When I was five years old, and IRA bomb went off in Manchester and completely obliterated the city centre. It was really destructive, it caused so much damage, but it also started to kickstart this huge redevelopment of Manchester, and that's something I always remember growing up.
