Botanical Sketchbooking: A Meditative Approach

The videos in which Lupin introduces his favorite illustrators was my favorite part. He shares a wide range of artists, showing you their works (and for contemporary illustrators, their Instagram accounts), providing material for hours of inspiration. He makes it easy to enter into the meditative practice of drawing.

Le cours sur le carnet de croquis botanique avec Lapin est juste extra, très instructif! J'ai pris vraiment plaisir à suivre ce cours. J'ai enfin pris le temps de me poser pour dessiner et peindre les fleurs tropicales. Je recommande vivement !

Le cours est parfait et le professeur excellent. Il prend bien le temps d'expliquer étape par étape et l'on peut voir la progression de son travail. De plus, j'aime beaucoup son style !

I really enjoyed this course and working on it. He allowed me to systematize my knowledge and dive even deeper into the world of botanica. To stop and exhale, to take my time - that's what I lacked.

I enjoy his way of teaching. His techniques are easy to follow but a bit more of focus on the task at hand versus the instructor would make it even better.

This is a good class because I like the use of watercolor and line drawing. I like his choice of different types of succulents to explore shapes. I don't think the camera should always be on the instructor though. Sometimes I was trying to follow along with the subject matter, but the camera would focus away from the subject to show the instructor talking, and that was challenging.

This is a wonderful course! The teacher explains in a very calm manner. I can't believe I have started drawing flowers, not only simple, but also quite complex. I recommend this course!
