“Influences In this lesson I'll show you the things that have influenced me creatively. I am mostly influenced by visual things like art, illustrations, movies and nature. I am interested in patterns, textures, colors, shapes, composition and narrative. One of my favorite illustrators is Jane Ray. she illustrated "The Twelve Dancing Princesses", which was my all-time favorite book as a child. What I love about this illustrator is her use of pattern and color. So looking at this I think it's very clear that this influenced me. Most of the clothes, all the dresses, have different patterns.
