“Sometimes time doesn't really allow for one-to-one interviews. That's when you might want to use a different type of testing, which is the unmoderated interview. In this lesson, I'm going to walk you through how you can do an unmoderated test. In this type of testing, what you'll usually do is send the prototype to multiple users at once, and then ask them to fill in a survey or answer a number of questions.
