“Unmoderated User Testing Sometimes, time doesn't really allow for one-to-one interviews. So you'll want use a different type of testing, the unmoderated interview. In this lesson, I'll tell you how to do an unmoderated test. In this type of testing, you usually send the prototype to multiple users at once and ask them to fill in a survey or answer a number of questions. Now there's two ways you could do this.
