To sharpen it we have to move the mechanical pencil from one side to the other while we spin it and sharpen from where the lead comes out to the tip so that it is sharp as a needle. I use two mechanical pencils, each with two different hardnesses so as not to change the lead on the same mechanical pencil and have a more fluid process.
