“In this class. i'll teach how to sand and assemble our chair. Let's start with a 180 grit sandpaper. If your wood has a slightly rougher finish. use either 120 or 80 grit sandpaper to ensure you achieve the desired smoothness. I'll start sanding with a manual block on one side of our chair. moving carefully and consistently in the direction of the grain. Ensure you sand the wood surface evenly. keeping the block level to prevent any tilting during the process. Shall we? You can sand by hand or with a sander. I'll opt for a random orbital sander. which moves in circular and off-axis motions....”
