What is this course's project?

This online course includes work with three different art direction projects for motion graphics.

Start with a project inspired by the movie La La Land. Pay close attention to its aesthetics to create frames for your own animation-ready musical credits. Helio uses an animator for this project, although he creates many of the effects himself with After Effects.

Next, add images to text to create a visual poem, shaping your art direction style to connect with the narrative of the story.

In the third project, immerse yourself in the Japanese animated film Akira and prepare the frames for an animated piece based on references from the anime itself and Tetsuo, its protagonist.
