“First, we learn how to use materials as well as basic drawing and painting techniques. The main focus here is the fundamentals of seeing and observing: what do we see and how to reproduce it. Also, we learn how to best look for motifs outside. This means how we differentiate between important and unimportant, how we deal with people passing by, and how we react to working in public without being ashamed of it. The project aims to learn how to use the sketching book naturally. The final project is to start and fill a sketchbook with a painting of a street scene full of people. ”
