“Influences In this lesson, I'll show you a bunch of awesome illustration and why it inspires me. There are a few things that grab me with certain types of illustration. Having a good colour palette can make something stunning. The next things that grab me are character design and simplification. They're like windows into how people see the world and I find it fascinating how different they can be. In little corners of charity shops I often find these little boxes of things that no one really pays any attention to, and these little stamps, matchbook cards and things like that are often found...”
