“Techniques for Creating the Centres of the Flowers and Leaves In this lesson, I'm going to teach you how to make the different centre parts of the flowers, and also techniques for cutting the leaves. So I'm going to start with the different centres and I'm going to use the crepe paper that I have here. I'm going to use a lightweight crepe paper or a medium weight crepe paper, because I find they're more flexible and easier to manage.
