A really, well-done course! It helped me a lot to understand all the process that I can now apply to my next projects, really recommend it

Me encantó este curso y pude sacarme dudas conceptuales que venía arrastrando de otras capacitaciones. Patricia tiene una forma excelente de transmitir su conocimiento.
Recomendado 100%!

The first two units didn't fully satisfied my needs because I think they are a little bit too basic, however the last two units were quite insightful, practical and hands-on!
I really hope Patricia will make other courses that will go even more in-depth :).

A good start for designers who are looking for a course about research and planning .

This is really great course for everyone who are at beginning in their career in UX. Lessons are well structured, leading you from one point to another. Patricia is great lecturer, has great knowledge about the UX and using the right terminology which gives you opportunity to get picture for the UX design. I think that she could make other courses to get deeper in the subject matter because the course is really informative.
Recommend.

PlusI totally agree with carbonio. A great initial course, but I think it's a little bit too basic. However, it's a great starting point to get into deeper of ux researching.

Very good information and teacher.

PlusI am on the fence here - while this was somewhat informative, it was also VERY specific. I understand explaining everything there is to know wouldn't fit in a 2-3 hr course, however, it would've been nice for Patricia to explain other research methods, when to use them and how to synthesize the information. I would've also liked to know how evaluative research would compare at each stage to generative (?) research. How different are they? how can it be adapted/done differently.

Lately, I've been closer to UX research, and even though this course is marked as a "beginner" level, I think it can be really helpful to organize and optimize processes. Also, it answered me doubts I had about general good practices. Her example to apply the methodologies is a new feature created from scratch, but with some adjustments, the exercises can also be used to iterate on existing products.
The teacher seems to have a lot of on-field experience and is very didactic.

I'm a graphic designer who wants to become a UX/UI designer. I choosed Patricia Reiners' course because I thinked it will demystify the jargon and helps me to make the first steps in the industry. I wasn't disappointed. Great course!

I would highly recommend this course as it goes over heuristics, methodologies, and when to use them. Patricia also provides many example templates for a good foundation of where to start in User Testing and Researching. I finished this course with the confidence that I have learned a lot about how to optimize my research flow and understand more about the basics for UX Design.
