bom curso para quem quer começar a entender melhor a área
The first two units didn't fully satisfied my needs because I think they are a little bit too basic, however the last two units were quite insightful, practical and hands-on!
I really hope Patricia will make other courses that will go even more in-depth :).
A good start for designers who are looking for a course about research and planning .
This is really great course for everyone who are at beginning in their career in UX. Lessons are well structured, leading you from one point to another. Patricia is great lecturer, has great knowledge about the UX and using the right terminology which gives you opportunity to get picture for the UX design. I think that she could make other courses to get deeper in the subject matter because the course is really informative.

I totally agree with carbonio. A great initial course, but I think it's a little bit too basic. However, it's a great starting point to get into deeper of ux researching.
Excelente curso, te ayuda a no dejar cabos sueltos y no olvidar cada detalle para tu proyecto.
O curso é basicamente um passo a passo de como estruturar e aplicar uma pesquisa, trazendo um exemplo prático para demonstração. Em algumas aulas, senti que aprofundou demais em detalhes específicos desse exemplo, que não foram tão úteis. Mas gostei da professora e achei válido para ter uma ideia geral de como funciona o processo.
Achei o curso simples, e rapido achei bem válida as 2h de duração.
