“Basic watercolour techniques Ok, in this lesson I'll show you how to use watercolours to make some beautiful marks, which later we can scan into Photoshop and use to enhance our illustration. First of all I'm going to put out a little bit of my inks. I'm using Ecoline watercolour inks, they're really easy to mix and they have beautiful, vibrant colours. So I'm going to jump straight in with the large brush and I'll make some marks using the colours that I've selected here. I try and make some more light, some more dark and some with a bit of extra water, so we'll get different effects for l...”
