“Influences In this lesson, I'll show a few of my influences. I worked at a newsstand when I was 11. I spent my days reading, and magazines influenced me a lot. One of them was called "Heavy Metal". "Heavy Metal" was a magazine published in Brazil and that's where I first saw a variety of illustrators very different from those I saw in Marvel or DC comic books, all of that.
