My grandfather was a great storyteller and I liked to hear him tell his jokes, I was impressed how he managed to catch people's attention over a long period of time. It was really fun. One thing I inherited from my grandfather was this taste for listening, reading and telling stories. I started professionally by coloring drawings by other artists for storyboards and comic books. I made colors for some works by publishers inside and outside Brazil. With that, my work was developed to the point of gaining quality to be presented to art editors. I spent several years illustrating magazines, newspapers, books and teaching at universities. In addition, I have published more than ten authorial books and continue to work as an illustrator for publishers and boardgames in several countries. ”
