About the video: What Will We Do in This Course?

Overview

“In this lesson, I will give you a summary of my workflow, from beginning to end. First, I will introduce you to the software we will use, then I will guide you on how to create basic 3D models to understand the difference between an unbiased render from an octane render. After that, we will try to make a simple project in which the student will apply their knowledge with a practical task. To start a project, we need to find a theme and concept. Once we get the theme and concept, we must find references and sketch the idea. When the idea is clear enough, we set everything up to take to the 3D plane. At this stage, we will be blocking, modeling, compositing, lighting, and making the final render. After rendering comes the time to post-produce. This includes finishing the render and finalizing the visual. In the end, I will share some tips and general advice.”

In this video lesson Yonito Tanu addresses the topic: What Will We Do in This Course?, which is part of the Domestika online course: 3D Modeling for Advertising with Cinema 4D and OctaneRender. Learn how to create visually stunning compositions in 3D to highlight a product's features.

CGI means computer generated image. It's important because you create exactly the same objects as in the real world. Also, why this is important for the society? Because in the society you need more advanced technology and with 3...”
