Smith made is work flow very easy to understand and to duplicate. While I don't use Photoshop for illustration — the techniques would apply to other apps like Procreate or Affinity. He also supplies many additional resources which I found useful.

A really good introduction to lighting techniques using photoshop. Very practical tips that I was able to quickly implement in my illustrations.

I will recommend the curse because I am fascinated and very satisfied from it. Mr Smith is amazing and very talented artist and also a good teacher /with good english/ and it was pleasure for me to watch his workflow.

Gives great detail on how light interacts with subjects. Would have liked a little more detail in the actual use of Photoshop as applied to the subject.
