I got SO MUCH out of this course! I have watched it all the way through several times. I go back and do an exercise and then rewatch the unit again, where I always learn something new. I am incredibly inspired by Maru Godas and have learned so much— and I have a degree in art! She makes you brave and helps you get rid of all the silly hang-ups you often have about drawing and painting. Her style is fresh and fun and you just want to go and paint when you see her work. Excellent course!

I paint with watercolor a lot and want to try Gouache. This medium seems so different and so fun! I found this class through Instagram AD (hey they really get you). I really like the way Maru explaining her thought process. "I just want you to have fun!", she said. And oh yes watching her drawing with creamy bright colors is so enjoyable! I love this class and would definitely recommend to Gouache beginners.
