Pictorial Sketchbook with Gouache

I am learning a lot and having fun in this course with Maru!! I dig her teaching style. I appreciate how she explains her methods for design, choosing colors, and the many tips she shares.

Maru's teaching style is clear and inspiring, easy to follow. The advice on how to use gouache (which is different from watercolor) was very helpful for me. I plan to review this class again soon!

This class is fantastic! Maru's work is very fresh, very spontaneous, and I loved to be able to see her process of getting such original paintings done and learn with her. She shows so much freedom in her artwork, and I love the idea of making your own sketchbooks, so you can make your paintings as big or small as you'd like. I specially loved to see the final project coming to fruition. Brava!

I liked how Maru loves to play with colours.. Bold and fearless.. her approach to the colour palette.. I loved how she mixed and made beautiful colours with using just 5 colours..

I LOVED this course! So full of freedom and fresh perspective. It really helped me let go and begin painting and drawing urbanscapes. Maru is an excellent teacher as well. I love her work and her approach. It was wonderful watching how she tackles her paintings. I especially learned a lot watching her paint the urban cityscape.
