I loved the course... especially the tricks with importing the drawing from ipad into illustrator & how to use the pattern brushes & art brushes... also using the color palettes - this was the first time I have seen this.

This course was interesting and eye opening. Catalina’s energy was infectious and her approach understandable.
The one thing that was a real challenge for me, someone who uses technology yet isn’t comfortable with it - trying to understand what tools she used in Illustrator when she is using a Spanish version and my tools are labeled in English. Proof I should have taken Spanish in school!

I LOVED Catalina Estrada Uribe's class, even though I do not know yet how to use Adobe draw nor Illustrator. I am not a graphic artist but I do draw and paint. I really enjoyed her class and will see it again to see if maybe I can pick up the skills I need to do the homework's. It's a bit over my head, but regardless, she is very inspirational and special, and reminded me of why I love art and creativity. Thank you Domestika and Catalina! Patricia Nahmad

I loved this course! Catalina is a brilliant teacher and I found it so inspiring! I was in a creative rut and it helped get me out. Also, I have used illustrator quite a bit and didn’t expect to learn new things but I did.

Arte representado desde escenario, estilo de presentarse, su ropa, colores, acordes a lo que enseña..... Habilidades:innatas, estudios, naturaleza, experiencia y habilidades de enseñar con aplicación práctica . Sus recomendaciones de otros artistas. El arte desde lo cultural y autóctono de Colombia bajo el prisma de sus creaciones son un aporte grande y un estilo propio y único!

Recomiendo este curso 100%. He aprendido un uso diferente en algunas herramientas de Illustrator que me están sirviendo muchísimo para ahorrar tiempo y crear otro tipo de diseños que se salen de mi zona de confort. Pero sin duda lo mejor del curso es conocer el proceso creativo de esta artista, de dónde le viene la inspiración, cuál es la historia detrás de su arte y cómo eso me está inspirando para crear mi propia historia y sentirme más apasionada por lo que hago.

Yes, I highly recommend this course. The teacher is inspiring and clear in her instructions. I am totally in love this technique and know that it has planted the seeds to create my own designs.
