“STAIN AND SILHOUETTE In the previous lesson I showed you how to create different textures using the nib. In this lesson I will teach you how to use the stain to generate different silhouettes. I will use this brush first but I can also detail detail with the Pentel, which has a very sharp point. I have prepared my Chinese ink in this container and I'll start with direct drawing. I don't normally sketch my images instead I apply the ink directly. If I'm wrong, nothing happens it is an experiment and an approach to graphic freedom.
