A course by Ina Hristova
Ina Hristova is an illustrator that specializes in editorial work for youth and children, book covers, TV shows, as well as her own personal projects. She is from Bulgaria, Spain, and Mexico (all the places she has lived), and studied History of Art, which undoubtedly sparked her interest in wanting to keep learning and investigating. She then studied Illustration in the Escuela Massana in Barcelona.
In 2017, Ina created the Espai Brut workshop in Barcelona, a space that’s dedicated to illustration and graphic arts. She is a member Estudio Lapis, a visual communication studio located in Xalapa, Mexico.
She has worked for clients like Museo ABC, Fundación Coca-Cola, TV3 Catalunya, Dschungel Wien Theater, and more. She has illustrated books for editorials such as Ekaré, Bambú, Planeta, and Edicions del Periscopi.
