The Art of Sketching: Transform Your Doodles into Art

I've only completed the first two modules, working on the third and absolutely loving it! I've even jumped ahead to one project and have been getting rave reviews from my office picture that, like Mattias, I'm now using for my video background. I've been introduced to using a fountain pen with watercolors and enjoying them very much! I've got several major projects planned and have already signed up for Mattias' second course on Domestika and will sign up for any of his without hesitation.

This is very interesting course with very gifted teacher. Very inspiring, informative and full off Mattias's professionalism. I definitely recommend this course to any creative person, especially for those who love ink, and sketching in their sketchbooks. Mattias Adolfsson is a very creative artist and very interesting teacher and person.

Excellent course detailing the process and inspiration behind this super talented individual. Mattias explains in great detail about the importance of keeping up your sketching by having a sketchbook with you at all times. Something which has come in handy for me many times in the past and present! I'd highly recommend this course for anyone looking to gain further inspiration into the creation of whimsical scenes and unlocking the power of the imagination.

The classes of this artist brought my art back to life because I was too locked up without drawing for a long time. He brings suggestions and exercises that added a lot of grace to the character that I've been doodling. He will definitely be cited as influencing my art as he cites his favorite artists. I enjoyed this course so much!

Sa façon paisible , claire et encourageante est très agréable . J'ai également un peu découvert le forum ... je sens que je vais oser bientôt montrer mes premiers exercices .

I am quite enjoying the course. At first I thought it was just the videos and I went through it quite quickly. Then I realized there were several exercises to be done, so am going over it again. I have only finished the first two sections, but am enjoying it thus far.

I have really enjoyed this course. Instruction is very clear and well judged with enjoyable tasks that, although apparently straightforward, provide plenty of challenge and inspiration. The additional resources have been useful. The most impressive thing for me has been that Mattias has posted positive comments on almost every piece of artwork on the forum - it is lovely to get some feedback on your work especially when you are working at your own pace. I was delighted by his comments.

Great for all levels, I enjoyed this course

This suits both total beginners and people who can draw. Nice structure of the course and you get results quick. For me it was really rewarding and I improved in drawing.

A brilliant and very accessible course. Great for beginners and great for those with more experience looking to find inspiration and tips for filling sketchbooks and drawing everyday.
I have particularly found the perspective lessons helpful.
