Love the design of the course and teaching by Alex. As a beginner , i learnt how to produce my own ink and watercolor architecture sketching from a piece of blank paper to nicely framed sketch. Definitely will do more!

I absolutely loved this course and am applying it to more than architecture. Alex is a great teacher ( love the tone of his calm voice)and he makes it sound so simple. Of course, you have to persevere to get it right. His approach is personal saying what works for him. This reassured me that I must find what works for me. Thanks Alex. Very simple and good course. The instructor is very clear and has a great personality that facilitates the absorption of the information. Liked the course a lot!

The first few lessons, as always, are not needed for anyone who has tried watercolours, the materials etc. And I wanted Alex to get on with it, and stop telling us how to fill a fountain pen!
But when we started with the paint. I realised just how far I am away from being a watercolorist. Alex's technique is poles apart from mine and I learnt a lot on how to loosen up and be more impressionalastic.

Yes, I would recommend Alex Hillkurtz's course. I have not finished the course yet but right from the beginning, I was amazed by Alex's amazing paintings. I have also enjoyed every video of his course so far and I am sure they will become even better as I move along.
Keep up the great work Alex. It is an honor to take a course with you.
