Architectural Sketching with Watercolor and Ink

After going through the entire videos several times at a single stretch as well as section by section leisurely, really I was fascinated by scheme of the course and the simple and easily understandable method of instruction to an amateur like me. Really, Alex comes down to the level of the students while dealing with complex matters like perspective and simplification of the subject reference. I love to post my work soon for his critical review..

This was my first watercolor course and I highly recommend it. Alex is an excellent instructor, the techniques he demonstrated were clear and easy to follow. Very helpful when learning about light/shadow and color mixing. His impressionistic style is very intriguing which I was instantly drawn to. All in all, a very interesting and worthwhile course. Very helpful and interesting course.

I would highly recommend this course. It espcially helped me with colour mixing and shadow work. It introduced me to a looser style that is less familiar to me and pushed me to try something new. I was very happy with my final project and will continue now to approach my work in this way. Thank you Alex!

Un curso que avivó mi interés por la acuarela de arquitectura, lleno de consejos prácticos. Alex instruye paso a paso, de forma estructurada y directa, dejando múltiples referencias a materiales, estilos, bibliografía y otros artistas. Dejando reposar cada lección, empapándose de las referencias y haciendo pruebas suplementarias al curso por libre, uno se zambulle en el mundo de la acuarela y ya solo ve motivos para pinturas cuando pasea por la calle.
