Architectural Sketching with Watercolor and Ink

He is an excellent teacher. Clearly demonstrated each step of the process.

The course was a great introduction and inspiration ... definitely a great starting point. Course was concise and Alex hit all the key issues and techniques required to get me started. He is a professional however, so I'm under no illusions that practice is now my next step. Many thanks!

Alex's lessons were clear and easy to follow. I appreciate how he shared his influences and sketchbooks. As a beginner who hasn't studied perspective since high school art class, it was really helpful to start with a lesson on perspective. I was pleasantly surprised by my final project. I definitely need to practice this more, but it was a lot better than I'd expected I could create. I also appreciate how he shared his supplies and examples of photos etc.

Excellent learning exprience, gives you time to learn at your own pace. Clear and concise invaluable learning techniques. I am wanting to learn everything and anything, perspective is a very important skill set to have. You what ever your artistry might or want to be, highly recommend this course. Enjoy

I'm a beginner in watercolor cityscape, so this course is perfect for me, the instructor explained very well in each lesson which makes it easy to understand, I specifically like the lesson on perspective drawing, I had tried to learn how to do it on YouTube, but I found it easier to comprehend in this course. It's a great course for a beginner.

Thought the course was very easy to follow and helped me develop a better process for working with watercolors. I wish there would have been more time spent walking through a second painting, maybe demonstrating some more advanced techniques. I did find everything very easy to pick up so it is much more useful to beginners!

I would not recommend this course, it is too basic with not enough demonstrations. I thought there would be more than one painting done. This does not allow enough instruction to grasp the concepts of the sketching style. The instructor is good, however, there are many videos that are better for free on You Tube.
