Develop your voice: Brand manifesto
Already with your logo, your name and your brand, it will help a lot if you make a brand manifesto. To develop your personal brand manifesto there are several options that we can follow, we will see some options below.
-
Leitmotif
A leitmotif is a recurring theme in a piece of music, which is repeated several times and which is the hook with which we identify ourselves. In your case, your leitmotif can be many different things, and for each creator there is one or more discursive axes that identify him, we are going to work on finding it!

Tasks
-
Define your personal brand Practice exercise 3.1
What are you like? What do you like? Do you like humor, sarcasm, deep reflection? Do you write, draw, take photos? Define yourself as a brand. Take a look in the mirror and introduce yourself. Take a selfie; until you like it.
Once you have a photo that you like, you can edit it: You can trace it on your iPhone with the Procreate App, which is the one I use, or with any other. But you can also draw a picture and scan it and then color it. This will allow your followers to easily locate your icon and your posts.
It is important that you choose your color palette, but you can also do something with your initials. This profile can be your current profile or you can start a new one, in which you strengthen this one. You can make a clean slate. Anything works.
-
Develop your brand manifesto Practice exercise 3.2
It can be a video, an image or series of images, or even a text alone, or illustrated. Here you will define yourself. It will help you to be clear about what type of person or character you will be on Instagram.
Talk about your tone of voice, will you be ironic, funny or just cool? Will you bet on images, humor, texts?
To do so, look for your references. What do you like, why? Do you think you can do something similar? A version?
You do not have to share it on your networks, it is something for you. A reference of what you will do and that will limit your content.
-
Your images on your knees
Do this dynamic for a week. You will ask your users in an instagram post to send you a photo of their knees, and you will mention that you will choose the best ones to illustrate them.
Use the hashtag # marcocolínendoméstika to follow your progress.

Although is not a manifest as such, it has the characteristics of one. And it has to do with a message, with advertising, with design. The tone and size of the text can be a good reference for your manifesto.
