Julia Sbriller is an architect, photographer, and performer who lives between Buenos Aires and Patagonia. She currently works as a photographer, curator, teacher, and cultural manager. She collaborates as a duo with Joaquín Wall, with whom she is part of Quimera Galería, dealing with themes related to the individual and collective body, the properties of light, matter, gravity, and their chances of encounter and the relationship between them.
Julia has participated in multiple projects, exhibitions, residencies, fairs, and festivals in Latin America and Europe. She is the general coordinator of Creadores de imágenes, a Latin American educational network, production and research workshop, publishing house, and artistic collective in movement; she is also co-director of INFO (Independent Art Fair of Photography) together with Luis Juarez and Estrella Herrera.
