Really great course. AJ's demonstration and explanation of his process is very helpful and he's a gifted teacher. AJ gives a very thorough, clear and detailed breakdown of how to paint Alla Prima. It helped me better understand things I've read in the past as it was more clearly articulated and more methodically approached. It gave me the freedom to explore painting looser while understanding the parameters of how to still keep the painting grounded. Thank you AJ!

Me ha gustado el curso en general, no se pierde demasiado tiempo en cosas básicas aunque quizá me hubiera gustado más que detallara los colores usados para las mezclas, pero creo que nos orienta más a que cada cual definamos nuestra propia paleta. Un poco más de recomendaciones para hacer un dibujo más preciso (algo que es muy importante en el retrato) se habrían agradecido, así como técnicas para hacer el escalado cuando no tenemos una escala 1:1. Pero en general, buen curso.

No amé la técnica ni partes del proceso de este pintor, peo sí encontré perspectivas interesantes, particularmente en cuanto al uso de pintura "delgada". Me gusta la soltura de sus trazos. Su método... no es para mi. No porque sea alla prima. En fin, cada uno con su viaje.

Bello ed essenziale. Ho visto le lezioni ed ora devo metterle in pratica. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo dato che sul web esistono corsi che costano più del decuplo, per non parlare delle lezioni in atellier.

J’ai peint mon premier portrait avec satisfaction et j’ai l’intention de visionner à nouveau le cours pour approfondir la technique. Dans ce cours de M. Alper, il y a beaucoup d’informations sur lesquelles on peut revenir. Je suis bien contente.
