My passions are dressage riding with my beautiful Andalusian horse, Mateo. He's the cutie in my photo. I also work from home as a contract defence paralegal, mainly to pay for my expensive horse addiction. My family owed an art gallery that specialized in creations made from gemstones, either jewellery or carvings and of course paintings. One of the painters we support, and my favourite artist, was Brian Johnson. All through university (7 years), I worked at the gallery, surrounded by all the works of some very talented artists. During my university years, where I studied archecobotonay (yes totally unrelated to my current profession), I developed a manual of drawing of the seeds the students were learning to identify. They were all done using a microscope and drawing them with liquid ink on velum paper. Art, in its many forms, has always been a main component of my life. I've started learning how to paint with oil. My first painting (not yet completed) is Charlie. Now, I so excited to learn how to paint with watercolour
