My work is an invitation to a more sustainable future. It challenges designers and educators to think through the social and environmental impacts of their work, exploring issues such as waste, transparency, sizism, and body image. Diverging from my zero-waste contemporaries, I have developed alternative approaches to sustainable garment and textile construction, making extensive use of pre-loved garments and offcuts to create unique designs, each with their own embedded stories.
