Ducks basically have 3 main shapes: head, chest and body.

Sketch those basic shapes and connect the body with a long flexible neck.

Their beaks and feet are just simple triangle shapes.

Step 2

The coloring is even easier 2 colors with a darker shade. Add the shadows with a soft brush.
