Chiara Borsari

Hello everybody. I am Chiara, I live in Italy with my husband and my two children. I have rediscovered the passion for drawing, for too long hidden because of study and work, and I want to try to realize the dream of becoming an illustrator, maybe even in children's books, which I love. I love illustrated books, pop ups, those drawings that, even if imperfect (and, perhaps, precisely because they are imperfect), transport you to fantastic and magical worlds. This is why I would like to be part of it.
I am mainly self-taught, as I have always taken courses in economics, but now I have returned to my true passion: I have taken several online courses and I am trying to specialize in the technique of watercolor and infantile illustration.
I work mainly with traditional techniques, specially watercolors, but also copics, ink and others, I love to experiment different tipe of techniques. After making the drawing, I digitize it to use it in different ways (prints, patterns, and more).
