On a daily basis I wear a lot of hats. Among these, I am a certified trainer & facilitator, project manager and researcher. When it comes to research, I focus mostly on heritage management and stakeholder involvement. In the field of project management, until now I focused mostly on cultural and educational projects, and on teaching others how to write project proposals in these fields. As a trainer and facilitator I am constantly looking to improve my skills. I am a visual and hands-on learner, including this features in my training activities, in the form of experiential learning exercises and graphic facilitation. I am a lifelong learner, following the formal and non-formal ways to develop my skills. I just finished my PhD and I am improving my digital & visual thinking and facilitation skills.
