For two years, I was a culinary arts instructor to high school students and ordinary people who wants to elevate their culinary experience. From home cooking through the art of cooking—teaching not just recipes, but confidence in the kitchen. Today, I am a part-time entrepreneur, knowledgeable into food costing and craft original dishes that reflect real-life needs. My dream cookbook? It’s a love letter to the hustlers and homemakers. It would serve up budget-friendly bites for business-minded souls, nourishing salads and smoothies for my pescatarian daughter (whose meals I lovingly prepare daily), and fuss-free recipes for busy folks and stay-at-home moms who crave simplicity without sacrificing flavor!
