the course is well developed in the different stages. Lookalikes is not really there but it would have taken more time in the initial drawing (but understandably this was not the focus of the course). Nice colors palette.

I loved watching Jane French paint in her unique manner, I only wish she would explain the thought process behind her color choices more. Grateful for the knowledge though!

Es un curso muy recomendable para quien quiera practicar una pincelada suelta y decidida en óleo. Me ha servido de mucho para seguir ampliando mis recursos en pintura.

Lo recomiendo a todos aquellos que quieran refrescar, como en mi caso, el uso del óleo en el retrato, como a iniciados. El curso está muy bien estructurado y Jane lo explica todo con detalle. Imprescindible!!

Gostei muito da forma expressiva da pintura da Jane. O curso está bem documentado e explica bem como se processa a técnica da pintura a óleo num retrato. Gostei também de aprender a usar outros valores tonais e cores mais arrojadas para as sombras. Recomendo.

Although I haven't started this course yet, I listened to all of the videos and checked out the supplied links and I was very impressed with Jane French clear video sharing and Jane's style of work is very impressive. I love watching SkyArt Portrait of the Year episodes too.. so that was awesome to read that Jane was part of that too! I have a portrait ready to use for this course, so let's see how it goes.

I PAINT IN OIL 14 YEARS AND LOVE IT , BUT NOW THIS COURSE MAKE ME SO HAPPY , I RECOMEND THIS COURSE TO EVERY ONE THAT LOVE OIL PAINTING, EVEN TO THESE WHO PAINT MORE YEARS THAN ME IT LIGHT SO MANY POINTS THAT SOMETIME WE FORGOT THEM OR DIDNT KNOW ABOUT THEM. SO THANK YOU SO MUCH!
