Machado-Muñoz Gallery: Branding, Print, and Web

Machado-Muñoz is the first contemporary design and furniture gallery in Madrid, specialised in limited and unique pieces. They have quarterly exhibition featuring local and international designers/artist.

We were tasked to create an identity that was both neutral yet strong in presence. Classical but modern with a twist, and that could accommodate to web applications as well as to strong print pieces and catalogs of each exhibition. We proposed an elastic design system accommodating the name in an abbreviated and long form, depending on the medium. We also proposed general art direction for the catalogs/invitations, to keep the strong identity but flexible to various contents.
