Final Project for Dreamy Watercolor Landscapes by Katarzyna Kmiecik.

Watercolor paper, round brush, filbert brush, masking fluid

1. Applied the masking fluid.
2. First layer of wash.
3. Applied darker layers of green and emphasized the light rays.
4. Painted the background and foreground trees.

I tried to follow Ms. Katarzyna’s instructions here, did it while doing the classes. I little shaky and couldn’t make my salt to do any effect, probably the paper was not right. But I am kind of glad I could see the light shining through. I will definitely use the techniques she taught. It was a wonderful experience.
