Killer Klowns Cast 3D scan

I had the great honor of 3D scanning the cast members from Killer Klowns from Outer Space at HorrorHound Weekend in Cincinnati, Ohio a few weekends back. (From left to right) Grant Cramer, Suzanne Snyder, Mike Martinez, Harrod Blank.
Scans completed using the Revopoint3d scanners Pop 2, and a DT301 handheld Windows 10 tablet.

3 separate scans per model- Head scan, face scan for detail, and body scan.
Models were exported as .ply from RevoScan into a free program called "CloudCompare"

The point cloud(s) were aligned and fused together, then exported as .ply into RevoStudio.

The point cloud was meshed, and holes filled. A denoise was run at a value of 3. The model was exported as .obj into Zbrush.

In Zbrush, I completed a Dynamesh, then using Sculptres Pro I smoothed out any degenerate faces on the model, a duplicate of the model was made and I then ran Zremesher and projected the details back onto the model. The model was subdivided a few times and extra details were added where needed. After everything was completed, I used Decimation Master to reduce the number of polys to 250k. The mesh was exported as an .Obj.

The .Obj was then imported into MeshMixer and inspected for degenerate faces and floating geometry. The cleaned file was exported as .stl and then imported into Blender for the final screenshots. A cavity and shadow pass was added, and the default Studio lighting used.
