My project for course: Narrative Landscape Illustration with Stencils and Acrylics

I picked the beautiful scenery I saw.
I made a mood board based on the photos I took while running.
Based on the mood board, i constructed a narrative using post-it notes.

I tested colors on thumbnails with stencils and acrylic.
When coloring, it was quite difficult to work with limited colors.

While coloring background with stencils, I needed to change the color combination and clouds shape. Because I wanted to use stencils more for final image.
I considered color combination when I make the colored thumbnail images but stamp's colors was little bit different. I used a gradient to give the overall sunset atmosphere.

It was a pity that I did not receive comments from Tom Haugomat during the assignment, but it was good to learn good work methods. thank you so much.
